1. Overview
Subscription Tracker:Cost/Hour is a subscription management app designed with privacy in mind. The App does not require account creation or the provision of personally identifiable information. All data generated by your use of the App is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to the Developer's servers.
2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
2.1 Information You Provide
Subscription Data: When you register subscriptions (service names, prices, billing cycles, categories, renewal dates, notes), all data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This information is never transmitted to any external server.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Screen Time Data: With your explicit permission, the App uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls / DeviceActivity framework) to measure app usage time and days. This data is processed entirely on your device by Apple's framework and is not accessible to the Developer in raw form. Usage statistics are stored locally on your device.
2.3 Permissions
Screen Time (FamilyControls): Required for automatic usage tracking. You may deny or revoke this permission at any time through your device's Settings. The App will function without this permission; automatic usage tracking will simply be unavailable.
Notifications: Used to send renewal date reminders. You may deny or revoke this permission at any time. The App will function normally without notifications enabled.
2.4 Purchase Information
All in-app purchases (Pro lifetime unlock) are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. The Developer does not collect, process, or store any payment information. Purchase status is verified locally on your device using Apple's StoreKit 2 framework.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal information. This App is a fully offline application. The only external communication occurs through Apple's built-in frameworks:

4. Data Storage and Retention
Local Storage: All subscription data, usage records, and user preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and UserDefaults. This data remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App.
No Server Storage: The Developer does not operate any servers for this App. No user data is ever transmitted to or stored on external servers.
5. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Access and Deletion: You can view and delete your subscription data directly within the App. To delete all App data, you may uninstall the App from your device.
Screen Time Permission: You may revoke Screen Time permission at any time through your device's Settings. This will disable automatic usage tracking but will not affect other functionality.
Notification Permission: You may revoke notification permission at any time through your device's Settings. This will disable renewal reminders but will not affect other functionality.
6. Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device and no data is transmitted to external servers, your information is protected by your device's built-in security features (device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and iOS data encryption). We do not have access to your data.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy or by providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

1. 概要
本アプリはプライバシーに配慮して設計されたサブスクリプション管理アプリです。本アプリの利用にあたり、アカウントの作成や個人を特定できる情報の提供は不要です。本アプリの利用により生成されるすべてのデータは、お客様のデバイス上にローカルに保存され、開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
2. 収集する情報と利用目的
2.1 お客様が提供する情報
サブスクリプションデータ：サブスクリプション（サービス名、料金、請求サイクル、カテゴリ、更新日、メモ）を登録すると、すべてのデータはAppleのSwiftDataフレームワークを使用してデバイス上にローカルに保存されます。この情報が外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
2.2 自動的に収集される情報
スクリーンタイムデータ：お客様の明示的な許可のもと、本アプリはAppleのScreen Time API（FamilyControls / DeviceActivityフレームワーク）を使用してアプリの使用時間と利用日数を測定します。このデータはAppleのフレームワークによりデバイス上で完全に処理され、開発者が生データにアクセスすることはできません。利用統計はデバイス上にローカルに保存されます。
2.3 アクセス許可
スクリーンタイム（FamilyControls）：自動利用状況追跡に必要です。デバイスの設定からいつでも許可を取り消すことができます。この許可がなくても本アプリは動作しますが、自動的な利用状況追跡が利用できなくなります。
通知：更新日のリマインダー通知に使用します。いつでも許可を取り消すことができます。通知が無効でも本アプリは正常に動作します。
2.4 購入情報
すべてのアプリ内課金（Pro買い切り）は、App Storeを通じてAppleが専権的に処理します。開発者は、いかなる支払い情報も収集、処理、または保存しません。購入状況は、AppleのStoreKit 2フレームワークを使用してデバイス上でローカルに検証されます。
