Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the use of the HOMU+ app ("the App") provided by Kotaro Omori ("the Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. No Account Required
The App is designed to work locally on your device without requiring user registration. Your settings, schedules, and usage data are stored solely on your device. The Developer does not manage your user account or access your data.
2. Use of Screen Time API
The App utilizes Apple's Screen Time API to provide app blocking and focus features.
- Functionality: The App can restrict access to other apps based on the rules you set (schedules, location, or timers).
- Limitation: Blocking functionality relies entirely on iOS. If you delete the App, all restrictions will be lifted immediately. The Developer is not responsible if the API fails to block apps due to iOS updates or bugs.
- Privacy: The App cannot access the content of your messages or browsing history through this API.
3. Location Services
The App uses location services (geofencing) solely to determine if you are "at home" or "away" for switching focus modes. This processing happens locally on your device.
4. Premium Features & Subscriptions
- Payments: All transactions are processed by Apple via the App Store.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Lifetime Purchase: A one-time purchase grants indefinite access to premium features, subject to the App's lifespan.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their policy. The Developer cannot process refunds directly.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is a tool to assist with self-control and focus but does not guarantee specific results. The Developer is not liable for any damages (e.g., missed notifications, inability to use other apps during a blocking session) arising from the use of the App.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Kotaro Omori（以下「開発者」）が提供するアプリ「HOMU+」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. アカウントとデータ管理
本アプリはユーザー登録不要で利用できます。設定データ、スケジュール、使用状況などは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者がこれら個人データを管理・閲覧することはありません。
2. Screen Time APIの利用
本アプリは、アプリの利用制限機能を提供するためにAppleが提供するScreen Time APIを使用してアプリの利用制限を行います。
- 機能の制限: 本アプリを削除すると、設定していた全ての制限は即座に解除されます。
- 免責: iOSの不具合や仕様変更により、制限機能が正常に動作しない場合があります。これにより生じた損害について開発者は責任を負いません。
- プライバシー: 本アプリはこのAPIを通じて、お客様の閲覧履歴やメッセージ内容を取得することはできません。
3. 位置情報の利用
本アプリは「在宅」か「外出」かを判定し、自動で集中モードを切り替える目的でのみ位置情報を使用します。この処理は端末内で完結し、位置情報履歴がサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
4. 有料プランと課金
- 支払い: 課金処理はすべてApple（App Store）を通じて行われます。
- 自動更新: サブスクリプションは、期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルされない限り自動的に更新されます。
- 買い切り: 一度のお支払いで無期限に機能を利用できます（サービスの存続期間に限り）。
- 返金: 返金はAppleのポリシーに従い、Appleによって処理されます。開発者が直接返金を行うことはできません。
5. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。本アプリの使用（例：重要な連絡の通知を見逃した、緊急時に他アプリが使えなかった等）に起因するいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。ブロック設定はご自身の責任において行ってください。
6. 規約の変更
開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

- Kein Konto: Daten werden lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert.
- Screen Time API: Die App-Blockierung hängt von iOS ab. Beim Löschen der App werden alle Sperren aufgehoben.
- Zahlungen: Abonnements und Käufe werden über den Apple App Store abgewickelt.
- Haftungsausschluss: Der Entwickler haftet nicht für verpasste Benachrichtigungen während einer Fokus-Sitzung.
